Welcome to Reached. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Service Description

Reached is a SaaS platform providing parallel dialing capabilities that allow sales teams to place simultaneous outbound calls to multiple prospects.

The Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Parallel dialing

  • AI-powered lead enrichment

  • Call recording

  • Call transcription and summaries

  • CRM integrations

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Reached account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

  • Accounts are intended for professional use only

  • Account sharing is prohibited, except where permitted under team-based subscription plans

4. Acceptable Use


4.1 You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful and legitimate business purposes

  • Comply with all applicable telemarketing, privacy, and data protection laws, including:

    • GDPR (European Union)

    • French Bloctel regulations

    • TCPA (United States)

    • Do Not Call Registries

  • Inform call recipients of call recording where legally required

  • Refrain from contacting individuals listed on opt-out or suppression lists


4.2 You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for spam, harassment, or abusive practices

  • Attempt to bypass or compromise platform security

  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization

  • Use the Service for unauthorized automated calling (robocalls)

  • Upload or process unlawfully obtained prospect data

5. Call Recording and Compliance


Reached provides features that may enable call recording and transcription.

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws regarding:

  • Call recording consent

  • Disclosure obligations

  • Telecommunications and marketing regulations


Reached disclaims all liability for unlawful use of such features.

6. Intellectual Property


All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, interface, algorithms, trademarks, and branding, are and remain the exclusive property of Reached.

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or generate within the Service, including contacts, call recordings, and notes.

You grant Reached a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Pricing and Billing


  • Pricing is available on reachedapp.com and may be updated with at least 30 days’ notice

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the selected plan

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe

  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of access after 7 days of overdue payment

8. Service Availability


Reached will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not liable for downtime resulting from:

  • Scheduled maintenance

  • Failures of third-party providers (including Twilio, Supabase, or infrastructure vendors)

  • Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

9. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Reached shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data

  • Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

  • Reached is not responsible for any legal violations committed by Users through their use of the Service

10. Termination


10.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Termination will take effect at the end of the current billing period.


10.2 Termination by Reached

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service in the event of:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Non-payment

  • Fraudulent or unlawful use


10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked

  • Your data will be retained for up to 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless longer retention is required by law

11. Changes to Terms


We may modify these Terms at any time.

If changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 30 days prior to their effective date. Continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms..

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of your country of residence.
